[hpsdr] SDR Patent application that will kill hpsdr

Still, with daily news of yet another 10 companies being sued in eastern
Texas for unlicensed use of "customer feedback forms", "novel" doesn't
really mean that much these days.  One thing that might be good is that (as
long as we don't make any changes) that suing someone for patent
infringement when that exact infringement could be considered "prior art" is
hopefully not considered a healthy thing to do?
