FYI

I purchased two Metis boards and both operated normally upon receipt  
yesterday.  However, after loading new FPGA code into one of the  
boards several times today using the HPSDRProgrammer without incident,  
all of a sudden the HPSDR Programmer program can no longer detect the  
Metis board.  Upon examination I find that no status LEDs are lit on  
the Metis board at all.  The four power supply indicator LEDs on the  
board are lit normally.  Power cycling does nothing to light any of  
the status LEDs.

Thankfully, the second Metis board is presently working and accepts  
FPGA code via the HPSDR Programmer program.

Of course, I will further examine the dead Metis board carefully to  
see if I can determine the fault and cure it but any suggestions as to  
how to proceed with the troubleshooting would be much appreciated.
