[hpsdr] win7 64 bit .NET Framework install

Hi Everyone,

I am in the process to install HPSDR v1.19.3.2.diversity16 under win7
64bit. The USBIO driver is loaded already. 

Installing .NET 1.1 I get the message "Known compatibility problem
exists". There is no solution on the internet for that available.

Installing .NET 2.0 I get the message "No support under Vista".

Are there other versions for .NET under win7 64bit?
