[hpsdr] New KISS Konsole available

Hi Phil.

I tried to install KK to run Hermes but it is not working. I have placed  
the last hermes.rbf into the KK directory but when I start KK after setup  
it reports: The system can not find the file specified.

PSDR works OK.
