[hpsdr] Downconverter

I use the DEMI 1296/28 MHz transverter (http:// 
www.downeastmicrowave.com)  for that purpose with good results.  I  
inject the appropriate LO from an external oscillator to operate at  
either 1296 MHz or 1420 MHz.
