[hpsdr] Penny FPGA Load

About a week ago I reported:

 

"I tried to upgrade to version 1.3 unsuccessfully.

 

I used HPSDRProgrammer version 1.4 and got a clean report.  Right after the

load Penny LEDs 1,2,5 and 6 were on solid.  3 and 4 were off, and 7 was

flashing.  

 

I powered everything off,  removed J1 from Metis and turned the power back

on.  Now only LED 1 is on on the Penny board.

 

What can I try next?"

 

I have not yet solved the problem.  Do I need to buy another Penny? (Ouch).
Maybe I won't need Alex after all :)

 

Hopefully, someone on the list can get me going again.
