[hpsdr] SPAM-LOW: Mercury problems

Hi George,

D3 is turned on by the FPGA firmware, so it would seem that you got a 
good load.

When you first power up the board, are LEDs D9 and D10 flashing (D9 
slowly and D10 quickly)? Is D8 on solid?

Do you have a hardware Byteblaster (or clone)?
