[hpsdr] Mercury problems

Thanks for your reply!

All the power supply (4) leds are lit.

D3 is lit ('good load', according to mercury manual/docs).  NO OTHER LEDs are lit or flashing.  Only found references to D9 and D10.
What's D8 for?  Please note that I do see what you describe on my other Mercury.

I do have a byteblaster clone.  I've used it before.  Am using Quartus 10.1SP1 (full web edition, not just QProgrammer.)

Do you have 'rescue' instructions?
