Not that these are open source, but I did see these guys at SEA-PAC this year:

It got me thinking about how nice it would be to have Cyclops to play around with. Their pricing ($919 for a spectrum analyzer) seemed a bit painful. Of course, seeming how 70's vintage spectrum analyzers and tracking generators are still worth multiple hundreds of dollars, maybe I'm just being a ham.
