[hpsdr] Need some help on software HPSDR Startup

Hi:

I have just installed my new Magister and Mercury boards . I am 
following the Windows Quick Startup Guide (22 April 2011). I have 
installed the USBIO Driver and the 1.1 and 2.0 .NET Frameworks. 
However when I start PowerSDR, I get an HPSDR Error saying:

     Invalid Firmware Level  Ozy >= 16, Penelope >= 2, Mercury >= 7 required

I understand that IQuadLabs Mercury board is loaded with firmware 
v2.9. I don't know about Magister.
What do I do now?
