[hpsdr] Control an FT-1000D Low Pass Filter assembly with PSDR mouse?

Do the control wires going from the 25 pin plug on Penny that runs to the
digital control chip and L.P. Filter relays need to be shielded cable? These
wires will be about 6' long and in a 1500 watt RF environment.  Or can I run
regular unshielded wires? Do these wires need to be bypassed with 0.1 uf
caps at either or both ends?
