[hpsdr] PowerSDR V1.19.3.3 Transmit Problem

Hi All,

I tried to use W5WC's PowerSDR V1.19.3.3 (3/6/11) with Metis.

Transmit hangs up by using MOX or PTT. Metis is V1.1, Penelope is V1.2, and
Mercury is V2.9.

KD5TFD's PowerSDR is working fine with Metis for both of trasmit and
reception.

It is very much appreciated if you have some idea to clear the problem.
