[hpsdr] PowerSDR V1.19.3.3 Transmit Problem

Hi All,

I tried to use W5WC's PowerSDR V1.19.3.3 (3/6/11) with Metis.

Transmit hangs up by using MOX or PTT. 
The versions are the following:Metis is V1.1, Penelope V1.2, and
Mercury V2.9

KD5TFD's PowerSDR is working fine with Metis for both of trasmit and
reception on the above configuration.

It is very much appreciated if you have some idea to clear the problem.
