There is the BeagleBrick which is a Beagleboard + Softrock v6.3 + 
built-in touch screen.
I have a Beagleboard -XM with Ubuntu 11.04. I tried using it with a 
Softrock RXTX but I had problems getting access to the on-board sound 
and never got back to trying it.
It's on my TODO list. If I could get sound going, a 7" touch screen 
would be next.
