[hpsdr] Power Supply for Multiple Mercury receivers

A personal computer power supply works for me.
I have a high noise floor here and the switching
power supply is fine.  It also keeps the power
supply heat out of the HPSDR.

The connector won't fit through the Pandora DC In
opening, so I used a nibbling tool to open the
Pandora DC In opening to the right so that I can
pass the power supply cable through the large
opening and then tuck it into the DC In opening.
