[hpsdr] Latest FPGA code

All,

A number of users have ask me if they *have* to upgrade their FPGA code to
the latest versions.

If you do not wish to use the multiple receiver feature that the new code
provides then by all means stay with the current versions you are using.

It's likely that moving forward additional enhancements will be made to
the multiple receiver code in which case, if you want to take advantage of
the features, then you will require a subsequent upgrade.

Hope that clarifies the situation.
