[hpsdr] Mercury not receiving signals - need help!

Tom,

You did great tracking down the necessary files but you missed one  
little step I think with regard to your Ozy file.  My guess is that  
you probably need to re-name the Ozy_V2.1 file you obtained to  
Ozy_Janus.rbf and then put it in the same folder as your PowerSDR.exe  
file if its not there now.   Then Ozy should load with v2.1 when you  
start PowerSDR and you should be fine.
