[hpsdr] PowerSDR v2.2.3.dual_Mercury1 (K5SO 25SEP2011), Metis board not detected

Hello Again,

I am running Vista-64 on my shack machine - forgot to mention that.

I have played with my Norton 360 firewall settings; including temporarily
suspending it; with the same result - Metis isn't found.
