[hpsdr] HPSDR and Transverters

Down East Microwave (DEM) has great and simple to implement xverters.
Kuhne is top of the line but with exchange rate lots of sheckles.
I have ecraft 220, DEM 220 and 902 and Kuhne 440 all are acceptable.
