[hpsdr] How Do you Run KK?

I apologize for being so clueless with Windows ( I am a mac guy). I am trying to run KK in VMWare Fusion. I downloaded the Kiss-Konsole Unified zip file. I extracted its contents.  I clicked on every thing that looks clickable but I only get error messages.  

(Maybe there should be some instructions in the empty FAQ area for us nubies.)
