[hpsdr] How Do you Run KK?

Hi John,

Are you using Ozy (USB) or Metis (Ethernet) - if the former I don't think 
the VMWare USB performance will be good enough - at least I've never been 
able to get it to work.  Not tried Ethernet but  may be better.

The executable is in \bin\Release and is KISS Konsole.exe
