[hpsdr] help with Metis

Hi Guys trying to get my metis up and running. Have Metis Ver 1.7 but each
time I try
to run powersdr, I get the following message.   HPSDR Error. Invalid
firmware,you have Metis 1.7, Mercury 0.0  Penny 0.0. what am I missing.
Have used the programmer to
update  Penny to ver 1 .6 and Mercury to Ver 3.1.  IP address is set and
mac address
is set . Searched the reflector and did not see this issue addressed.
