[hpsdr] help with Metis

Hi Connie, 

Doug has very recently updated his versions of PowerSDR to accommodate the recently posted Metis v1.7 so if you haven't very recently downloaded his new PowerSDR version(s) the version that you have probably won't recognize Metis v1.7 as a viable firmware version.  

Be sure you are using the most-recent PowerSDR version(s), then report your findings if you're still having trouble.
