[hpsdr] Loading PowerSDR 2.2.3 into old XP machine

Just a quick note that may help others.

Loading Doug's new PowerSDR 2.2.3(8/16/12) in my old XP machine a
failure to load DttSP.dll was reported.  Using depends.exe the problem
was that msvcr100.dll and dwmapi.dll were missing because I do not have
Visual Studios 2010 installed apparently.  These files can be obtained
from http://www.dll-files.com.  All seems to be ok now.

Thanks to Doug and others associated with this package.  Its a great
piece of work.
