[hpsdr] First-time Metis install - Error starting HPSDR hardware

Thanks for the off-list help Bill.

I was using the Penny-Merge PowerSDR listed in the Quick Start 
guide.

I've changed to W5WC > PowerSDR_HPSDR_2 and now
it tells me I have Invalid Firmware Metis 0.0 and Mercury 3.1.

Now I'm off to figure out how to download new Metis firmware 
(and how to get skins).
