[hpsdr] Metis Firmware Updating

Hi All,

I tried to update Metis by HPSDR Programmer on the HPSDR Downloads, but
failed. Erase doesn't work due to timeout.
Program seems to work since there are correct messages displayed. But the
firmware not changed.

By using QUARTUS Programmer with Altera USB Blaster, I have a message Can't
recognize silicon ID for device 1.

The only way to update the firmware is  Program-Mercury-EPCS16 as well as
Program-Penelope-EPCS4 by using USB Blaster based on the manual of Phil
Harman dated on 18 May 2009.

Could anybody tell me a method of updating the firmware of Metis?
