[hpsdr] Looking for a Procedure for using Terasic USB Blaster to Upgrade Firmware

Hi:

I purchased the Terasic USB Blaster Download Cable and have 
downloaded Altera's Quartus II Programmer 11.1sp1.
I have installed the Blaster's driver successfully. I'm now looking 
for a helpful procedure to guide me the rest of the way
to successfully programming my Mercury and Pennylane boards with the 
upgraded files. I'm looking for something
similar to VK6APH's USBBlaster-Binary procedure for using Ozy to do this.

Thanks for any help or ideas you can give me. I started with vacuum tubes also.
