[hpsdr] PowerSDR and Win 7 64bit

I have just built a new computer and running Windows 7 64bit and cannot get PowerSDR to load.
I get Fatal Error
    Input string was not in correct format.

Does PowerSDR run on Windows 7 64bit?
If it does what am I doing wrong?

Kiss and HPSDR Programmer are working OK.

The latest releases of PowerSDR and KISS are great improvements and many thanks to all involved in producing these.
PowerSDR running on Vista 32bit computer.
