Scotty,

Isn't it more correct to say that Abhi controls the licensing of Hermes
built using HIS board design?  There should be no issue if some other
enterprising soul created their own, unique Hermes board layout, should
there?  That would be controlled by the likes of Kevin, M0KHZ whose initial
design it is, and others like Phil VK6APH who contributed to the design,
wouldn't it?

Or am I missing something here?
