[hpsdr] Alex - Suggested BNC Connector Strain Relief

HPSDR,

After 'popping' two ANT IN connectors clean off of Alex - specifically ANT1
and ANT3; I have used the following to reinforce the connection to the
board:

So far, it is working better than expected.  I think we need to come up
with a better mechanical solution for making sure the Alex connectors don't
easily shear off of the boards.
