[hpsdr] PennyWhistle Connection Diagram

John & All:

The parts are rated for operation up to heat sink temperatures of 80 
degrees C,
so a heat sink temperature of 120 degrees F or about 50 degrees C is not
a damage issue.

I will work with Phil to get the manual revised this weekend.

Are there any other errors or changes needed to the PennyWhistle
manual, as long as we are going to release a new revision?
