[hpsdr] Hermes - parts changes for PCB builders

For those building Hermes from bare PCBs please note the following component 
changes:

1.  R37 = 470 ohms
2. C37 - replace with Minicircuits  LFCN 80+
3.  L28 = 4.7uH TDK part number SLF6045T-4R7N2R4-3PF, DigiKey part number 
445-4571-1-ND
4. R113 = 56k
5. Q3, Q4 = MMBT3906
6.  Add a 10k resistor to ground on U20 pins 6 & 7.
7. C13 - an alternative is  Digikey part no. SG2020CT-ND  which is easier to 
tune and sturdier
