[hpsdr] 10 Mhz Input Jack

Hi Bruce,

To alter 10MHz clock  source, we need to change jumpers J20 and J23 at the same time.
Do you use a toggle switch for both jumpers?
I  also would like to alter the clock source and I'm thinking how I change two jumpers by switch or relay.
