[hpsdr] 10 Mhz Input Jack

Hello, Tokio.
It is my plan to use a DPDT switch to change both jumper settings together.
I have not had time to do this yet. However, that is my intention at this
time.

Hi Bruce,

To alter 10MHz clock  source, we need to change jumpers J20 and J23 at the
same time.
Do you use a toggle switch for both jumpers?
I  also would like to alter the clock source and I'm thinking how I change
two jumpers by switch or relay.
