[hpsdr] cuSDR wont run on new XP build

Attempting to set up a dedicated machine for DSR work,
a Dell XPS400 PentiumD /2G Mem/ Nvidia Quatro FX 4000 /XP pro SP3 with
all updates.

PSDR v2.2.3.13 runs fine but cuSDR v0.2.1.2 faults when connecting to Hermes

cuSDR log file attached.

Below are lthe last few lines...

Any ideas?
