[hpsdr] Hermes rx with FT tx?

Hi
I have my new Hermes running and its great!  Is it possible to interface with my FT2000 so I can rx on Hermes and tx on the FT. I'd like the FT dial to tune PowerSDR. I will build an ant t/r relay (2) for isolation.
Any suggestions on the interfaces?
