[hpsdr] OzyUtils for ARM/BeagleBoard

I've just acquired a Beagleboard XM and I'm interested in port ghpsdr3 
to it.  I'm currently running Angstrom for various reasons (not the 
least of which is that is what it comes with...) and the one thing I 
immediately ran into was compiling the various utilities required to 
download code to my Ozy/Penelope/Mercury set.

Has anyone ported these utils to Angstrom Linux in particular?
