[hpsdr] psk31 setup problems

Am trying to get DigiPan to work with my Hermes via VAC.  By using VAC1 am now seeing waterfall, but haven't figured out how to transmit.  Have tried setting up VAC2 and using VOX but VOX seems to get repeatedly triggered (like it's hearing the Rx signal).  Can somebody point me to a correct setup procedure for using DigiPan and VAC.
