[hpsdr] Gnuradio on Metis / Atlas system

John, W7FU brought his Atlas bus / Metis based system over today so we
could try it with the Hermes Gnuradio software. After strapping the cards to
the default clock strap setting per the Mercury manual, it worked very well
(same as Hermes). This is running under GRC 3.7.
 
Thanks to John for the long drive down from Seattle. John plans to demo
Gnuradio with several different pieces of hardware at DCC this year.
