[hpsdr] Munin - minimum drive to achieve 100W output

What is the minimum drive power required by Munin to achieve 100W output?
My Penelope board has T2 mounted backwards, and I think getting I'm
dangerously close to damaging the board trying to desolder it in order to
turn it 180 degrees. If 250 mW is enough to drive Munin close to full
output, I'll just leave the transformer as-is.

Is there a spec somewhere? I see a lot of documents related to assembly at
< http://k9ivb.net/munin2/ > but haven't see any spec's by which I could
determine minimum drive requirements.
