[hpsdr] Alternative ways of powering up the Mercury +Atlas+ Metis

Dear Mates,

 

I have  Atlas board + Metis+ Mercury+ LPU. Unfortunately my LPU capacitor
blew up on the first power up. I missed out the  Is there any other way of
powering up the Atlas board???

Unfortunately due to non-availability of power supply I have not been able
to check the Atlas board either. Is there a way of testing the board ?? 

Please share your experiences.
