[hpsdr] Current Power Budgets on the 12V and 5V Altas Rails

Hello All,

Has anyone done a power budget for the current 12V and 5V rails on the
Atlas power bus using the LPU as the source?

I am wondering how much typical current we have left on both of those rails.

Also - on the tapr page:


How do you use the 13.8V 'pass-thru' mode - by installing J6, J7, J8 and J9
on the LPU?
