[hpsdr] Alternative ways of powering up the Mercury +Atlas+ Metis

You need only +5 and +12 volt power supplies for Metis, Mercury, (and 
Penny / PennyLane).  They may be connected either to the ATX 20 pin 
connector or to the 6 pin J20 connector.

The LPU does not have sufficient power to run these boards.
