I sure didn't mean to imply that's the only difference between Hermes and Angelia; it's not!  The Angelia also uses the (huge, BGA) Cyclone IV E FPGA (instead of the Cyclone III used in Hermes) and the EPCS128 (instead of the EPCS16 used in Hermes), for starters.
