[hpsdr] Getting Mercury to work with Magister..need some help please

Hi Paul,
I have a working Magister and I can tell you where my jumpers are located.
1. SEL0 has a jumper at "1".
2. SEL1 has a jumper at "0".
3. SCL has a jumper.
4. SDA has a jumper.
That's it, four jumpers. I don't know what they are or what they do but
my card works.
