[hpsdr] PowerSDR startup error

Rick, 

From the message it appears that the database.xml file is corrupted.  If you throw the existing database.xml for the version of PowerSDR you are running (in the FlexRadio Systems folder) in the trash and let PowerSDR build a new one I suspect things will recover fine for you.  

Give it a try and see.
