Hi Vasiliy, 

Sometimes a reheating of the FPGA and PHY chip pins with a hot air rework tool cures such problems.   As the board apparently did work successfully for a while before failing a reheat of the pin connections might prove successful in restoring proper operation for you.  

If a hot air tool is not available then judicious use of a fine tip soldering iron might work but hot air is better if you can manage it as a hot air tool is less likely to produce solder shorts between pins.
