[hpsdr] Programmer and bootloader under Ubuntu 12.10

Phil,

	The only thing I soldered was the power supply and the backplane. My system consists of:

Alex
Metis Rev A2
Pennylane Rev B
Mercury Rev A
Pandora
LPU
Atlas
