[hpsdr] Solar Flare

I thought my ANAN-100D/Angelia receiver died this morning, no signals on 
any band.  Noise floor on 20 meters about -130db, no attenuators in 
line.   G5RV loads up just fine.

Guess the solar flare wiped out the bands.......
