[hpsdr] Hermes -- updating from original 1.8 firmware?

Hi Dale --

Thanks for that info.  Sounds just like what's going on with my system.

To the group -- how does one find earlier versions of released programs 
in the SVN?  I've looked around and haven't found an archive of 
HPSDRProgrammer binaries anywhere, just the current version.
